Salor machu perpei_chuk trey meas. (Sweet, sour, spicy salmon soup).



      This authentic Khmer Krom recipe  will be  very  straightforward   AND  delicious. Usually  we  make  the particular  soup  throughout  red snapper  or maybe  snakehead fish, but  i  substituted  with  salmon filet.

Ingredients :

    4 Cups water
    ½ lb Salmon filet, cut chunks bite sizes
